Location: Guachipelín, San José – Costa Rica.

The concept for the house is born from the peristyle that surrounds the center of the social area: a space protected by concrete walls that highlight the pure and strong character of its facades, whose material is dignified with different patterns and textures in the concrete.

Circular perforations in the surfaces of the pool and walls capture the light into the interior of the house.Its three levels adapt to the topography, preserving the pristine landscape that frames escapes towards the central valley.
