Holcim and the Ministry of Culture proposed a contest, to rehabilitate an old concrete plant located in Patarrá in the La Libertad Park.

Metaphors of transformation and integration into parched communities of culture and sport. With Olin and Alejandro Echeverri partnership for the rescue of the ships abandoned, contaminated soils and divided to give birth to the proposed communities.
